Finally, I have gotten myself a new cert after so many years. ACRS which is Adv Cert in Retail Supervisory. All of us has gone through 8 months of training. There was only laughter and joy. Not to mention that when we first joined this course. We will stressed by the assessment and LGA. But all those are not difficult to handle as long as you understand how to apply it in your job or assessment. I have learned a lot of things through this training and feels that it is a worthwhile training not just based on academic and also what the world need you to be. Now that I have advance to the next level, which is Dip in Retail Management. The challenge has increase and lot of the ex-ACRS students wanted to give up. We support each other to bring them up and meet each expectation and making things happen again. Using this training, we also learned not just in work we need to work hand in hand, sch make a big different in our social life too.
